Our free version already gives you a 100% personalized training plan, but with Peak Pro we go the extra mile and thus make the training plan also fully adaptive. But what does that mean, adaptive?
Simply put: the fact that we adjust your workouts based on your recent training load. Why? Because the ideal plan isn’t ‘fixed’, as you aren’t either.
Sometimes you just don’t have the necessary time to complete the training as we prescribed, so you just go out for 7 instead of 10 kilometers. Or maybe you ran a bit faster than planned, because...
A new app release.
We have shifted up a gear in recent months, you probably noticed that already. So again you will find an app update in the App and Play Store. We’d like to give some extra info about the changes.
More improved support plans + post-marathon recovery plans!
Here I am again with my weekly update on the plan updates. After adding the 5 & 10k support plans last week it was time to add those plans for goals from 15k up to a half marathon. And as expected/hoped, we received an update on Friday that allows us to work on recovery plans. So this weekend I designed the post-marathon recovery plans!
Improved support plans for 5 and 10k
As promised in our previous post, my next focus would be improving the support plans. As a refresher: support plans are the plans that are generated before the start of your specific goal plan – the latter usually starts 10 to 12 weeks before your goal. Support plan therefore support that specific build-up. But it wasn’t perfect until now.
Adjusted marathon plans
