Strength training at an Olympic level? With Peak Pro, that’s effectively possible, as Maarten Thysen is your strength trainer. If you want to excel as a runner, just running is not enough. Strength is a necessary component to make your body resilient.

Because we strongly believe in the combination of strength and running, we collaborated with Maarten (strength trainer and physiotherapist for athletes like Bart Swings, the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Athletics Federation) to introduce this into Trenara. Completely tailored to you, thanks to tests for each muscle group and a periodization that aligns with your running training. From there, we build on, introducing new exercises every few weeks.
