Your race time prediction for a shorter distance like 5 or 10k is also a useful tool to finetune your fitness calibration. Since these as the more familiar distances, it’s easier to use them to keep an eye on your progress.
Feel like our prediction is (way) too fast or too slow? Then you can use the fitness calibration tool to adjust to recalibrate our calculations. We’ll use this information as a new checkpoint, it’s a way to make our algorithm even smarter!
