These terms and conditions apply to the Trenara promotion. This promotion utilizes the services of Fitter BV, Schuttersgang 7, 3700 Tongeren met ondernemingsnummer BE 0695775456.

Article 1: Definitions

  • Promotion: Contest to win five (5) free annual subscriptions to Trenara Peak Pro.

  • Participant: A natural person.

  • Submission: Data uploaded by the Participant via the Website.

  • Organization: Fitter (Schuttersgang 7, 3700 Tongeren, Belgium).

  • Website: www.trenara.com landing page.

  • Prize: Five (5) free annual subscriptions to Trenara Peak Pro.

  • Terms and Conditions: These terms.

Article 2: Applicability

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants in the Promotion.

  • By submitting a Submission on the Website, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

  • The applicability of any other terms is expressly rejected.

  • The Organization reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time and will inform the Participants accordingly.

Article 3: Promotion

  • Participants can register from 23/09/2024 to 10/12/2024 via the Website.

  • The Submission must meet the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions or in any other applicable documents.

  • The Organization may provide additional information regarding the Promotion. This information, including additional conditions, must be carefully reviewed and adhered to by the Participant at all times.

  • The Organization reserves the right to refuse Participants, change or cancel the Promotion, and/or deny a Participant access to the Website at any time.

  • Submissions received after the deadline will not be processed.

  • It is not possible to correspond with the Organization and/or any specific jury regarding the outcome and/or assessment of the Promotion.

Article 4: Progress of the Promotion

  • Participants must submit their Submission no later than 10/12/2024 time via the Website. Five (5) random winners will be selected from all Submissions, each winning a year of free Trenara Peak Pro.

  • The Organization may choose to publicly disclose the (winning) Submissions and the names of the Participants through its available channels.

  • Winning Participants will be notified via the email address provided if they have won a Prize. If a winning Participant does not confirm receipt of the prize within 7 days of receiving the email, the Prize will be forfeited.

Article 5: Participation

  • Everyone is allowed to participate in the Promotion, provided the Participant is 18 years or older.

  • Participants under 18 must have permission from their parent or guardian.

  • Employees of Trenara and On Your Marks, as well as their majority interests, are excluded.

Article 6: One Submission per Participant

Each Participant may submit one Submission per email address. Violation of this condition gives the Organization the right to exclude the Participant from further participation and to reclaim any prize earned.

Article 7: The Prizes

  • There are a total of five (5) prizes available.

  • Each winner receives one (1) annual subscription to Trenara Peak Pro.

  • The winner will be announced via the email address provided by the Participant.

  • This prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services.

  • There are no costs associated with receiving the prize for the winner.

Article 8: Prohibited Information

The Participant warrants that their Submission is accurate and complete and does not contain the following information:

  • Information that is contrary to public morals;

  • Information that discloses personal data of others;

  • Information that violates any laws or regulations.

Article 9: Liability

  • The Organization is not liable for the content of the Promotion, briefings, the follow-up of an outcome (e.g., a prize award), and the content of the Submissions.

  • Additionally, the Organization is not liable for damages resulting from a breach of the service agreement, use of the Website, participation in the Promotion, and/or any related services.

  • The Organization is never liable for consequential damages. Furthermore, the Organization is not liable for the actions or omissions of Participants and third parties, including files, data, etc., they provide on the Website. The Organization does not guarantee the content of files, data, information, and/or materials provided by Participants and third parties.

  • The Participant indemnifies the Organization against any claims from third parties related to damages resulting from a defect/error in the Submission (content/form), use of certain materials without permission from third parties, and all other claims from third parties regarding the content and form of the Submission.

Article 10: Miscellaneous

  • Belgian law applies to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Any disputes arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent court.
