I encountered a lot of good experiences with Trenara through social media. I saw many users achieving their goals, and the predicted time by Trenara was very close to reality... I wanted to try that out for myself!
I immediately took a Peak Pro subscription because I like to choose when to perform which training. I can swap trainings depending on my schedule, which I find very handy. I also often check my energy level: Trenara also displays this via a red-green bar, giving you an idea of the impact the trainings have had on you and how fit you are.
Because the trainings are expressed in speeds, I know exactly how hard I need to run. This is very important to me because then I know exactly where I stand. Furthermore, I find the app clear and straightforward, and I got the hang of it quickly. I would definitely follow a Trenara plan again for a next goal!
